Healing for All
Healing takes time for everyone involved. Were you the birthing mom? The partner who stood by her side and carried her burdens during the next days, months and years? The doula who may not have known what to do? The nurses who, at the time, didn't know what was happening was wrong? Healing comes in all forms. Some find healing in visual art while others might find healing in written or spoken word. There are so many ways to find the healing we need after a traumatic birth. This section of Momma Trauma will contain tips on the healing process from all aspects as well as images and stories of healing. I hope this has a positive impact on our community!
